Mr Wynne Henry, was a headmaster at Cilycwm School for many years and our condolences and sympathy goes out to all his family.
I remember Cilycwm School pupils, making a visit here back in the 1990’s as Mr Henry, had asked if they could visit a local farm in the locality, and my wife, Christine had prepared refreshments for the children as they were on their way back to school and the children being so excited to be here, and the activities of our local school was well documented by the Carmarthenshire publications and our national newspaper in Wales, the Western Mail, where the activities of Cilycwm School was reported.
Thank you for your services Mr Henry, to the community of the upper Tywi Valley.
